About

Our industry leading PASMA Training course will provide delegates with an understanding of current relevant legislation and be able to dismantle, erect and inspect mobile access towers safely, as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

This attracts a CITB Short Course Duration Grant at Tier 2, with a value of £70. Please see the Grants and Funding tab for further information.

Who should attend the PASMA Training?

Those who need to erect, dismantle and inspect mobile access towers safely.

Since the assembly and use of mobile towers can be physically demanding, users should be physically fit, in good health and should, generally, not have problems with eyesight or hearing, heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, fear of heights / vertigo, giddiness / difficulty with balance, impaired limb function, alcohol or drug dependence or psychiatric illness.

MOD 5a course with practical training session and assessment covering the GOTCHA Rescue Kit in a variety of locations.

MOD 5c course with practical training session and assessment covering the use of the Constant Rate Descender (CRD) rescue kit to rescue a casualty who has fallen from a tower crane or similar structure.

MOD 7 course with practical training session and assessment covering the thorough examination of harnesses and lanyards.
